Rapidement, son \u00e9quipe d\u00e9croche : \u00ab\u00a0\u00c0 quoi bon proposer des id\u00e9es si elle d\u00e9cide toujours seule ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-nv-c-2-color\">R\u00e9sultat<\/mark><\/strong> : d\u00e9motivation, surcharge de travail pour L\u00e9a et baisse d&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rale<br><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-nv-c-2-color\">Pourquoi c\u2019est une erreur<\/mark> :<\/strong> vouloir tout faire, tout valider, tout ma\u00eetriser est une impasse.
